Topic: Motor Insurance

The notary fee for transactions of vehiles drops off - this is one of the 88 measures to reduce the administrative burden that the cabinet voted today. After the initial presentation of the idea the buying and selling of vehicles to be arranged without notary fee and examination, the automobile branch expressed its thoughts that this will increase the risk of buying a stolen or seized car. Today it became clear that the Interior Ministry will monitor whether the buyer and the seller of the vehicle are accurate.

Another change that is planned is for the permits for fire safety, fire fighting and rescue activities and operation of fire equipment and gear to become permanent. Currently, these permits are issued for a period of five years, which leds to the payment of many fees.

Among the other measures proposed is the introduction of the possibility for the diplomas for the certain level of education to be issued in a foreign language as well. At the same time, there is a plan for the European Health Insurance Card to be issued for 7 instead of 15 days. "Our initiative goes beyond the business, as we try to ease the bureaucracy for the citizens", said the Deputy Prime Minister Daniela Bobeva cited by bTV.
